All American Heritage Billiard pool tables are guaranteed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and craftsmanship from the date of purchase of the original owner.
Warranty does not include re-leveling of the table after a successful initial installation.
Variations in wood materials are to be expected. Organic variations in grain, color, and texture are naturally occurring properties of wood and do not qualify for a warranty claim.

When you choose an official ABIA member for your pool table installation or service, you receive a full 365-day extended service guarantee. This industry-leading protection ensures your pool table is installed correctly, leveled to professional standards, and covered against cloth defects or installation issues for an entire year.

What the ABIA Guarantee Covers
2. Pool Table Cloth Installation
Your cloth installation is guaranteed against:
- Wrinkles
- Improper stretching
- Defective or uneven application
- Rips or tears on the playfield
This ensures smooth, professional play and long-lasting performance.
3. Cloth Quality Guarantee
Cloth purchased through an ABIA member is covered for one year against:
- Factory defects
- Playfield tears
- Material flaws
If a claim is approved, the cloth and labor are replaced using the same color, with optional color changes available for an additional fee.
4. Coverage for New and Used Tables
Both new pool tables and used pool tables (with new cloth purchased through your installer) qualify for full one-year coverage.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the official ABIA Installation Guarantee:
- The service must be performed by an official ABIA member company.
- You must register your guarantee within 5 days of installation.
- The table must remain in the same condition as when the original ABIA technician completed the service.
- Cloth must be purchased through an ABIA member to be covered.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
Certain conditions fall outside the ABIA installation and cloth guarantee:
- Tables moved, lifted, or scooted by anyone other than an ABIA member
- Existing cloth on used tables unless new cloth was purchased at service
- Pool tables over 9 ft in size
- Non-slate tables
- Tables with Chinese slate that is not honed flat
- Brunswick Gold Crown or other commercial-use tables
- Tables used for league or tournament play
- Damage caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
- Service done by non-ABIA technicians during the coverage period
- Mileage fees, if applicable

How to Make a Service Claim
If you experience leveling issues, cloth problems, or installation concerns within the one-year guarantee period:
- Contact the ABIA through the instructions provided at registration.
- The ABIA will assign a certified installer to assess and correct the issue.
- Installation and labor are covered at no cost to you, except for any required mileage fees.
