All pool tables include professional delivery and installation. Your table will be handled entirely by trained installers so you do not need to move, assemble, or level any part of the table yourself.
How does the delivery and installation process work?
Your table ships from the manufacturer to our professional installation team.
The installers inspect the table to ensure it arrived safely and without damage.
The installers contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
On the scheduled date, the team delivers the table into your home or business, assembles it, levels the slate, installs the cloth, and ensures it is ready for play.
Your table will be fully installed and ready to use before the installers leave.
What installation options are available?
Residential – Ground Floor ($699)
Delivery and complete setup on a main or ground-level floor of your home.
Residential – Upstairs ($799)
Delivery and setup on an upper-level floor of your home.
Commercial Installation ($999)
Delivery and professional installation in a business or commercial location.
Do I need to prepare anything before installation?
Yes. Before your appointment:
Ensure clear access from the entryway to the installation room
Remove furniture and décor from the installation area
Make sure the room meets minimum space requirements for the table size
Provide adult supervision during the appointment
The installers cannot move heavy furniture or modify rooms to make the table fit.
What happens after installation?
Once a pool table is installed and leveled, the order is considered final and non-returnable. Because the table is professionally assembled and precisely leveled, it cannot be repackaged or shipped without risking damage.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer Free Delivery Across the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and U.S. Islands). Additional charges may apply for remote or restricted service areas, and we will contact you before processing your order if needed.
What if my table arrives damaged?
Your installers inspect the table before delivery. If any damage is discovered prior to installation, we will repair or replace the affected components at no cost to you.
Can I cancel or reschedule my delivery?
Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
If a delivery is missed, refused, or cancelled after shipment has already occurred, the following charges may apply:
Two-way shipping costs
20–25% restocking fee
Non-refundable credit card processing fees (3.5%–5.9%)
Any applicable installation charges
